the room was noisy at times,, but the free evening light meals were awesome! the pool area was great to chill at, and the kitchen had everything we needed. staff was super friendly and helpful too!

The lack of a security box in the room felt like an oversight, especially with a full kitchen to manage. Housekeeping could improve the attention to detail, as some dirty dishes remained unaddressed during the stay.

Breakfast had a great selection, including fresh fruits and real eggs, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the air conditioning in the master bedroom was quite noisy, affecting our sleep. Housekeeping could be more consistent in tidying the kitchen, as I noticed some dirty glasses left behind. Despite these shortcomings, the staff made sure we felt welcomed and appreciated, which added a nice personal touch to our stay.

Comfortable room, friendly staff, the kitchen in our suite was well-equipped with all the necessary cookware, and the hotel offered complimentary bikes for enjoyable rides on nearby trails.
